How to Order?
Please leave your comments/inquiries or send private message in Facebook or email to place your order. We will reply the soonest we can. Details to be included:

We shall reply the information on the availability of the items, total charges & payment details within 48 hours.

Payments
We accept Online Banking Transfer/Cash Deposit to Maybank account. The account details will be provided after confirmation of purchases. Payment must be made within 48 hours after order has been placed. Order shall be cancelled should no payment is received. All goods sold are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless defective. Please email to izziklik@gmail.com for payment notification. 

Shipping Rates
 Your shipping and handling rates will be calculated at checkout and will be based on product weight and address location.

Delivery & Returns
All orders, when available, will be shipped on a 1 to 5 working day standard POSLAJU service or where this item is very heavy or very large it will ship via EPARCEL POS MALAYSIA. International orders will take longer for shipping. We will make contact with you via telephone for high value orders. Please make sure you have a valid day time phone number on your order. While will try to ensure that all orders are dispatched in a maximum of 2 working days. Most orders will ship the next working day. If you require special delivery instructions please contact our customer service on 0162054480 before processing your order.
It is with regret that we are not able to post items to PO BOX addresses.

Returns & Exchanges (only applies on defective items)
Items purchased from the IZZI KLIK Online Store can be returned within 2 days for an exchange ONLY, as long as the product is in its ORIGINAL packaging. Please note, certain products are unable to process exchanges. Shipping charges are NOT refundable and at your own cost. Please pack the merchandise you are returning in the original shipping carton or mail order sack. We recommend that you keep the shipping and retail carton while your child is playing with the toy as this can be used when shipping the product and it has valuable information about your toy. Please contact us if you have a problem. Please do not send items back without authorisation. We recommend returns be shipped via insured Postal Service for your protection. We cannot be responsible for items lost during shipping. We do not accept COD returns. 

Order Cancellation
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed unless stock is not available. 

Availability
In the event that the item shown is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a similar alternative or arrange a refund. 

Bookings
We will hold your bookings up to 48 hours only. However, due to certain issues we may hold it longer by informing us in advance. We will notify you should we need to release the items to others.
